# Onboarding FAQs

**Which countries do you accept applications from?**

Trust My Travel has a strict anti-money laundering and compliance policy to ensure we are not onboarding members that are based in a country currently under OFAC sanctions. If you are unsure whether this is you and would like to apply to be a member contact us before completing an online sign up form.

**How long does it take to sign-up with Trust My Travel?**

Once we have all the required information and documentation from your completed online form, the Compliance Department will need to review your application. This review can take up to a month. The Compliance Department may also need to clarify aspects of your application and will reach out to you directly if necessary.
