Different colour fonts indicate different Booking statuses. To view Bookings via their status, you can search and filter using statuses in bold.
| Colour | Booking Status | Status Definition |
| Green | Paid | Booking has successful transaction(s) against it which equal the Booking total |
| Grey | Draft | Booking has been created but has no transactions against it. (Applicable to Manual Bookings only) |
| Blue | Unpaid | Booking has no transactions against it (Applicable to Manual Bookings only) |
| Orange | Partially Paid | Booking has transaction(s) against it that are less than the Booking total |
| Purple | Authorised | Booking has an ‘Authorize’ transaction against it |
| Red | Expired or Locked | Locked often means a Chargeback has been applied to the transaction |
