Please Note: Under the ‘Transaction’ tab in the dashboard, you can view the specific reason a transaction has failed.

Locate the failed transaction and then scroll down read the PSP Data section.

3DS authentication has been declined by the bank for do not honour, transaction not permitted or similar.
